University of Manchester Incubator Company 10th Anniversary Event : 23 September 2009

UMIC’s tenth anniversary event took place today, (23/9/09) with over 125 invited delegates attended to hear how the region’s leading biotechnology business incubator story began in 1999, and to meet the companies that are putting northwest biotechnology on the global map.

During the event, roundtable discussions on financing & investment, drug development, and national policymaking were led by experienced local professionals who have ‘been there, done that’, including the Director of Euprotec Ltd, Peter Warn.

Euprotec also particpated in the showcase exhibition held throughout the event to highlight Northwest biotech, UMIC partners, collaborators, and research projects within The University of Manchester.
